It's Alive!

The post-indie experimental pop outfit Animal Collective have a new album out on January 20, 20009.

This is the artwork for Merriweather Post Pavilion:























Does it move for you? It does for me, and I kind of hate it - i'm now questioning my capacity for objectivity. And I was never even able to do those damned magic eye things....

    when i lock my eyes on it it does not move but when i am just looking at it it definitely moves.

    it is for sure not their nicest cover
    but what could beat strawberry jam!

    yeah, strawberry jam is probably their best cover, although i still have a love for here comes the indian:

    it's hit and miss with them though - i think it actually took me longer to get into them because the sung tongs cover is so ugly:
